We purchased a product from them in early December 2012, which we received towards the middle of December. The product was LED lights which my wife wanted for Xmas. The product did not arrive with the connection to provide power to the lights. We then went onto to complain to GroupSA, and at first the brilliant call center agent did not understand the issue and decided that it actually was not an issue at all. The second time I call I managed to convey the issue to the called center agent who then told me to look for a power supply myself and they can reimburse me, without knowing what voltage I was meant to use to give this product power that was the advice I received.
We took it to a few shops to see if anyone was able to help and as expected they needed to know the voltage so they did not blow the lights. Since then in the last month 3 mails have been sent and today about 6 messages have been left for various levels of staff to call me, and yet nothing. We were regular buyers on this site and to anyone reading this please try the other sites like daddydeals, wicount or anything other than them. Groupon worldwide would be ashamed of this lot!!!
