To the "Mothership",
I purchased 2x Groupons from GrouponSA for a breakfast for Rainbows End coffee shop. However, when I went to use them I was told that they "were no longer valid" and they had "expired".
The expiration date on the Groupn indicated that there was still over a week before they expired.
I contacted Groupon for a refund of BOTH groupons and received an automated response. I then contacted them again and received another automated response; No actual responses have been received.
I am a loyal groupon user and am aware of the terms and conditions. I abided by all of them, yet still did not receive the utility from the Groupon.
Reference number for my communications with Groupon (including Groupon Numbers, and security codes) is SOS (#651497).
I expect a FULL refund for both Groupons.
Another automated response is UNACCEPTABLE!
