Requested a refund for two Groupons, the one was partially reversed to my bank account (a remaining R60 went into my Groupon account, despite me telling them I don't want credit). The other one wasn't reversed at all.
Groupon, I still need a refund for my voucher 0010244QP7 (in my BANK account, not my Groupon account).
Can't believe their poor customer service...
