After five weeks, numerous phone calls and more than 10 emails Groupon SA has still not refunded me for vouchers I bought at Zaytoon beauty salon. I could not use these vouchers as the salon closed down. 5 different agents at the Groupon call centre promised the amount would be refunded to my credit card, but after 5 weeks I am still waiting for a refund.
This is unacceptable and horrible service.
