I booked a day spa treatment for my partner and myself through Groupon.By accident, i phoned the day spa to confirm my booking. They tell me they have closed down and i should contact groupon for a refund. I called Groupon and they said they sent out an email that they will refund me..which i never received. They then asked me to mail them proof that i have paid. I did so... 2 weeks later, still no refund. I am getting highly off and annoyed with the service groupon offers. I am still waiting for my refund...
