I purchased a groupon voucher for a massage at Ilyria house. When I phoned and booked the appointment, I was told they would no longer accept groupon vouchers due to a disagreement between the two parties. I contacted Groupon and they said they would provide me with a refund. It has now been 3 weeks that I have been battling to get this refund. I have emailed Ronelle Abrahams and Nazley with reagrds to this. They have sent me print screens as proof of the refund. I have looked through my bank account from 1 month before purchase up to date and there is no refund on my account. I have now been asked to provide bank statements proving this. I refuse to send my personal bank statements as this gives rise to potential on my account by supplying anyone with these statements. This has been a painful process, which has involved no refund and many emails.
Also if I hadn't emailed them to find out about the refund, would Groupon have kept my money? As there has been NO communication that this deal was cancelled and clients would be refunded.
