Incorrect Expiring dates on the Groupon vouche

On December 20, 2013 8:52 AM I logged a concern to Groupon about the expiry date on my voucher. This is what i wrote:
I have bought a voucher for diner at Smith and Wollensky but the expiry date is not the same on fine Voucher status says is valid until 21-12-2013 and under the voucher number says Valid until 01.05.2014. Which is the correct expiry date? Your urgent response will be highly appreciated because I don't want to forfeit.

I got reply on December 21, 2013 06:54 to say the expiry day is on that day but i had to send them proof where there is conspiracy. On Dec 23 09:00 and they acknowledge their mistake and offered to refund me as voucher but I made it clear that i just want my money back! The communication about my refund has been going on and on from the 8, 10, 13 and 15 of Jan 2014. What must i do to get my money back?

I'm really not happy about Groupon because on one occasion they had to give me back my money because i could not get through to redeem my voucher! They are really not professional, no sense of urgency and do not keep their words and don't want to take accountability. I'm done with them! This is unaccepted and considering I have been so loyal.
