I have complained twice about conflicting expiry dates on a voucher - Pistachio voucher, and Seafood Platter at Kalk Bay Caf? and Deli. On Sep 13 I was told I would receive feedback as to why this is happening and have not received anything to date. This is the THIRD time I am experiencing this after buying the Grill and Butcher voucher. If you check my account you will notice that I have done quite a lot of business with your company for some time now and note that your service is slacking. I cannot contact you every time you make a mistake on your vouchers. Please advise what the expiry date is for the Grill and butcher Tableview voucher.
