I ordered a product from DealClick on the 9th of August 2012, When the product was not delivered till October, I requested that the product be cancelled and my account be credited.

I Contacted Cara Kagan and after numerous emails, and Cara putting me off with all sorts of excuses about the company intending to send the product, someone collected the product (Even though it was sent to a postal address not close to mine and it was collected by someone - I have no idea who and why it was given to this person without any letter from me authorising this person to collect on my behalf - and I have to add here that I believe that no product was actually sent and this was just an excuse)

Eventually after over 50 emails, numerous messages left with Gugu the receptionist and trying to contact the MD - who after 5 messages and 1 month later - never bothered to call me back, and after threatening to open up a case, my account was finally credited 7 months after placing the order.
