I recently bought two vouchers from Groupon for 2 photo books. The voucher gave the expiry date at 04/09/2013. However when I tried to redeem the voucher I received the message that it already expired on 15/08/2013.
When I called I was told that there was an error on the editorial side by Groupon.
The person didn't offer me any assistance and I had to ask for the business partner's phone number to try to get the deal.
I was very disappointed with the assistance and the feeling that the mistake was all mine. I only save the vouchers and not the original advertisement.
