I bought a Zando voucher through Groupon on the 25th of February (which is now over a week ago) and am STILL waiting to receive my voucher from Groupon despite my electronic payment having gone through and the deal having closed on the 25th of February.
I would like to highlight the fact that the deal apparently is only valid until the 19th of March - something that at this stage is very difficult to meet if I don't have a voucher.
I sent Groupon an email asking for an update on this matter last week, but not surprisingly (as I have had the same experience in the past), have not recieved a response.
I find this unacceptable, and in combination with the fact that your prices are generally ridiclously inflated, and that goods take an eternity to be delivered, I simply will not shop through Groupon again. It is not worth the hassle.
