After complaining on this site about Groupon's poor customer service and having been to by their staff members for months and months, i finally got to speak to their co CEO Wayne Gosling and he offered to give compensation for my months of agony and i thought i had finally come to the end of the saga only for him to offer me R100 compensation for all my troubles. Believe it or not, that's what an entire CEO believes a customer's loyalty is worth. Next time, please think twice before purchasing anything on Groupon.
