Wayne Gosling. Since you do not take customer complaints at Groupon, I have to revert to social media and the world wide web to get your attention. Groupon's customer service is shocking to say the least - from bad attitude, refund delays and excuses that boggles an intelligent mind, ...With over 3 300 negative reports (out of 3 784) I sincerely hope you get your house in order.
