I requested a refund from this supposedly professional organisation, midway through my interactions with them, they asked if I would like a credit, I responded affirmatively. This was over a week ago and I have not had a single reply to my response. I have sent through 5 further e-mails, literally begging for anyone to just respond to me. NOTHING. I then thought that since this is a company that is based on a social media concept that I could use twitter and I direct messaged their CEO Wayne Gosling. NOTHING. This has become a joke.
