In September 2013, I purchased a Cadac gas offer as a gift for my domestic employee through Groupon. No confirmation came (I queried this) but my money went through. The birthday of the intended recipient came and went with no delivery! I cancelled the order. To date, I have not had a refund! I am drowning in a sea of emails acknowledging my query from Naomi, Manoj and Trupthireka, asking me to do the same things I have already done - submit proof of payment, banking details etc. If it wasn't so completely agonising, it would be laughable. They have given me about five "ticket numbers" - all on the same issue - and have even asked me to rate their customer service! Sorry???
I am beginning to see this as "legal " (I said this to one of the consultants in an email). They make your life so difficult, you eventually give up - and they get to keep the money! Nifty business strategy.
Wayne Gosling - please do something! You really don't have THAT many employees to manage.
