I purchased and paid for the H2o Steamer from Groupon SA on the 3rd December. To date I have still not received the product. I have sent about 20 emails with regards to my purchase and all I receive back are automated replies. My husband contacted their office and was told that they no longer had stock and would refund my money.
I have just checked the Groupon webiste and they are advertising the steamer again but told us that they were out of stock. What is going on with this place.
I still want the steamer but I am having no luck with email replies.
