Breach of Contract and Bad Service

I purchased and paid for two products on Groupon almost 2 months ago and have still not received the products. I have spent hours on the phone with Shounaaz, Nazley Bastra and Kelly Paulus all of whom have given me undertakings about delivery and still to date nothing has arrived. They are all blatant liars. I have asked them for the contact details of a Managing Director and they are all withholding this from me. I have still not received my products despite having paid for them via eft and now they are all ignoring my emails and my telephone calls. I am trying to reach Wayne Gosling and Meagan Easey for their assistance to no avail. I am not certain if the employees of Groupon are told not to be transparent and to to their customers - perhaps this is their business model but this is not acceptable!! they appear to be liars and of course because they have my money and the products I have purchased. I have already unsubscribed from their pathetic "service" however, I want a manager to revert to me - I want my money back!! [Email Removed]
