Worst customer service EVER! DONT BUY FROM GROUPON

I have recently purchased a set of induction pots from Groupon.

When the pots arrived LATE, i was not happy with the product. Without opening the set I requested a return and refund of the product.

Upon the first response from from Naganandihni, she simply copied and pasted their return terms. No feedback regarding when the return and can expected or how it will work. NOTHING MORE - PATHETIC!!!

I then responded to her and advised that I am in line with the return terms and requested more info. - NO RESPONSE.

I then replied again and advised that I have not gotten any feedback and still NO RESPONSE.

I feel that Groupon is quick to make a deal and take your money, then hide behind their terms and conditions if you are not happy as a customer. I have simply been ignored and Groupon has my money.

GROUPON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!
