I am utterly disgusted with Groupon. I am trying to return shoes that I have bought, and have sent FOUR e mails so far, starting on 20 June. To date, I haven't received ANY response, although they have asked me THREE times to rate their customer service. WHICH CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I have no idea what to do now, as these people simply do not respond! They also do not supply a return address, so that I can return the product.
