I purchased a voucher through Groupon for a spa day. While we were at the spa, there was a and we didn't get to have our treatments. I cannot get hold of the spa owner on any of the contact details I have and have requested that Groupon send me alternate contact details for this supplier. The first response I got was to inform me that my request for refund was being investigated (WHICH IS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED!).
Since then, I have sent another FIVE enquiries to Groupon to get feedback but I don't get responses and have now noticed that they have marked my query as "solved".
I've now demanded a full, cash refund from Groupon based on their absolutely shocking service and the fact that I don't want Groupon credits as I will never use them again.
And what have they done since my last post...? They've marked it as "SOLVED" again! Without any contact or feedback.
I want my money back! And I will NEVER use Groupon again!
