Ordered product off Groupon and after more than a month, various phone calls and e-mails Groupon has done nothing to deliver the product or refund my money. They send automated e-mails saying you must log ticket numbers which I did then ask their delivery company's MD CASCA to sort out my problem and their response is "Sorry we are not the distributor" No futher communication from Groupon but an e-mail asking how their service is! You phone their customer care line now and you are on hold for up to an hour. Groupon is a BIG and people need to be careful and not purchase from them
