I bought 2X 2GB MP3 Players from Groupon a couple of months ago. For a month or two the devices were working fine, until about two month back. Some of the buttons don't work and the other has just gone dead. I tried charging it, but nothing worked. I contacted Groupon customer services more than a month ago about this problem. I tried calling them and was put on hold for more than 30mins on more than one occasion. They have not responded to any of my emails as yet, apart from the one automated email response that I received.
A month ago, I purchased another product through them, Clea Blemish device. I am also not happy with this product as it has not delivered on what was being advertised. I haven't logged a complaint yet about this product because I'm yet to get feedback on my first complaint.
I've purchased numerous deal from Groupon which I was satisfied with 100% but the above mentioned purchases cost almost R1, 000 and I am not happy with the purchase, how Groupon have handled my complaint is less than satisfactory.
