On the 16th of December 2012 I purchased two items from Groupon, a 6 piece knife set and the Gordon Ramsey pot set. The knife set was delivered in January after I called to complain but my pots were nowhere to be seen. I called several times and was repeatedly to, with Groupon telling me my pots were on their way, or that they were being delivered that very morning, or that I would have my pots in a day or two. The last I called i was told that I should have the pots within seven days! I can see a pattern here... me calling all irate, and Groupon lying to me and probably laughing themselves silly! The call centre agents even argued with me telling me Groupon sent me an email explaining the delay which was yet another lie... I never got such an email. I've had enough and I want those pots. I could have bought Scanpan pots which were on sale in Dec but opted for the Groupon deal instead. Give me the pots I purchased now or make a plan to get me the pots I missed out on. Judging from all the complaints, it seems a refund is also hard to come by from Groupon.
