I ordered on 2/10/2013 two Folding Armchairs, never received them in the "two weeks delivery" period. After me calling them for over 6 weeks and been given the run around from NINE of their employees, one of the chairs arrived damaged and dirty - I refused to accept it and called (again!) to ask for a refund. This was on 20/11/2013. I have now called twice and sent an e-mail to support@groupon, but have received no response to my e-mails and last week Wednesday was told I would have my money back by the end of that day. I am still waiting! Tried calling them again today, there is a new automated system, that gives you every option under the sun but no one to speak to. When you do decipher which number to press to actually speak to a person, the line disconnects. GREAT! I doubt whether I will get my money back as they don't answer their phones or e-mails and I seem to have no recourse apart from this website. So everyone out there DO NOT USE GROUPON! They do not deliver goods on time or at all, if they do the goods are damaged, do not refund your money and do not respond to any correspondence either telephonically or via e-mail. Will never use them again!
