I ordered 4 Groupon's for a spa day at Green Ivory Spa and after terrible service from the spa and them giving away or booking day, I contacted Groupon for a refund on 9 September 2013.
I was advised that I would not be able to get a monetary refund but would need to accept Groupon credit. Only after I advised them that no where in their terms and conditions did it state I could not get my money back, did they back off. On 20 September when i enquired when the funds would be refunded i received a mail from Jamie-Lee Lawrence to say that the funds would be in my account within 7 to 10 days. To date 23 October 2013 i have not received the funds back or even the curtsey of a mail from Groupon.
I have logged numerous mails to them and receive the "generic" we will come back to you within 24 hour mail, but nothing after that.

I have even asked them to re-instate the Groupon if they cant refund us, but i have not been advised about that either.
I am livid as the total for the spa Groupon's was over R1200.
Please can someone come back to me urgently?!?
