Shocking Client Service

I took a Groupon Deal three weeks ago for 3 x Wifi Kindles. I was told ten days later that one of the deals never went through so I will only be getting two. Groupon still has my money for that deal - they still owe me my refund another week later. In the fine print of the deal it said, delivery within a week. Two and half weeks later they still have NOT delivered the two Kindles.
I have NO product and no refund. Shocking... now we know how they make their money. I want my refund and my goods. I have wasted time and money on calls to Cape Town to no avail. I got a call on Friday with a promise that I would receive my goods, I asked for a back up mail with the details, I haven't received that either. I will NEVER buy another deal from Groupon.
