GROUPON - NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND

After ordering a kindle online with Groupon 28th October I still have yet to receive delivery or my refund. Called 11th November to query delivery, and waiting for ages for the phone to be answered with bad customer service got told 7-10 days I'll have it. Called again 21st November and after waiting for ages for the phone to be answered yet again, getting cut off, calling back and having ridiulously bad assistance, I canceled my order and requested a refund. My refund should have come latest today 2nd Dec and I have nothing. R 1 700 GONE!!! Don't purchase on Groupon... I most certainly won't be again.
