No refund after requesting it twice

I bought a voucher for a show happening TODAY. I called on Wednesday to get a refund as i cannot attend. I spoke to customer care and they assured me they'd assist. Nothing happened so I called again on Thursday for the same request and AGIN was told it would be sorted out and AGAIN nothing has happened.

I want my money back! And refuse to have them say I get no refund.
