I refer to my previous complaint regarding a prize I had won through Tswane Beeld and would like to comment as follows on Buz Publicity. Bridget van Oerle of Buz phoned me and said dhe will resolve the matter with Silverstar Hotel and Casino. She arranged my Hotel stay and even gave me another night for free. Every thing was well organized and we stayed over in an absolutely beautifull room. She phoned me several times to make sure that everything was fine and even gave me her cell phone number for incase. Thanks to Bridget and all the trouble she went through. You made our stay one to remember.
