I HAD ORDERED A PRODUCT ALMOST TWO AGO . IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES AND ALWAYS BEING PUT ON HOLD THE AGENTS CANNOT GIVE A CLEAR CUT ANSWER. THE LAST CALLED MADE I SPOKE TO MAURISIA AND SHE PROMISED THE ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED THIS PAST TUESDAY, IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED SHE TO ME IF THERE WAS ANY FURTHER ISSUES WHICH THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE, SHE SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED ME THE CLIENT.
IS IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNTS THAT THE CLIENT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING . I AM DEFINATELY TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.

TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY BY THE TIME YOU NEED TO HOLD ONE, IT SEEMS AS IF THEY MAKING MONEY FROM TELEPHONE CALL AS WELL, PUTTING CLIENTS ON HOLD, IT IS SO ANNOYING.

VERY DISSAPOINTED, TERRIBLE SERVICE... YOU NEED TO UP YOUR DISTRIBUTION AND TRACKING SYSTEM...
