I had a bad experience at the hotel in December last year and brought this to the attention of the hotel. I was invited back for a complimentary night so that the hotel could prove that this was not the norm. On my return stay last week I was treated like a king and it was proved that the bad experience was an exception rather than the rule. The hotel management really went the extra mile to make this a fantastic and memorable stay. THANK YOU PROTEA HOTEL EDWARD!!!
