How you are suppose to "sleep easy" in that Rooms?) and make a booking, we have arrived at this Hotel!
Upon arrival, we were asked to do payment immediately which we have done. Luckily we have only paid for 1 night.
We went to the room to have a look at it, and we discovered the worst!!! The linen was dirty and burned, the fridge was dirty, everything was disgusting!!! The walls to the room was dirty, paint was coming off and the smell was something no one can handle!!
We went back to reception, only to heard that no refund will be done. I had a provisional booking and could decide should I wish to confirm or not, but looks to me that this Hotel doesn't even know what provisional means!!! I asked to speak to the (he called himself a) "Manager"... He SWEARED at us, and literally RUN to his car and drove away??? (First time I have experience a MANAGER of a HOTEL to act like this? The two ladies at Reception wasn't very helpful, the one was even chewing bubblegum and blow bubbled while I was asking for assistance. Great Customer Care hey???
Left the Hotel without my money and place to stay... SLEEPEASY is the WORST EVER - STAY AWAY!!!
