Last year Silverstar Casino sent me an invite to stay in their hotel as a complementary stay for my Birthday month - only to tell me they are booked out for the entire month so my voucher expires end of the month and I will not be eligable for it as the hotel is in fact full.
Same thing this year... Same time, same story???
One of my friends who is also an SIR member tried the same last year Feb and this year and same story???
Sounds a bit unbelieveable... Why give a gift for a birthday, when a "fully booked" excuse is given 2 years in a row... And twi different people??? This is how patrons get awarded for support?? Besides the bad payout rates of most casinos... Even when you get a free offer it would be nice if one can actually get to use it...
