We stayed at warmbaths on the 17 JANUARY for a night firstly we got bad service form the lady at reception who insisted we had to take 2 nights when i had already made a booking for one night on the same day which was no problem eventually Tiny helped me which was a huge pleasure to deal with. We tayed in a hotel room 302, they gave such a Room for a rate of R1500 a night we got a bathroom door which could not close, a TV that didnt not work, after waiting and waiting they eventually did move us to another room but early in the morning we had no electricity, we also had my 1 year baby with so we opted to stay in the hotel as it would be better for us and the baby having convience at out finger tips but with no elecrticity i could not make her bottel. It was a terrible stay! Yes warmbaths is wonderful but lately they think all the staff and management think people dont deserve what we pay for, this is a place i would love to visit again but based on past experiences and present I would rather go to a place that treats me like a quest.
