I phoned the MTN call centre a number of times to question my phones billing. Was first told I will be phoned with feedback, did not happen. Then told they don't phone back with feedback, I must phone after 48hours if I did not receive feedback. Was told first call was locked to wrong department. Again promised it will be looked into. Phoned after about 3-4 days, still no answer and I got impression nothing was done, Again promised supervisor will look into it and told I will get phone call the same day with feedback. Three days later and still no feedback. This is extremely poor service and I can't accept it. Have had MTN contracts for several years and have never missed one payment and this is the service I get.
Currently I have 2 contract phones and 2 prepaid phones.
WHAT MUST A PERSON DO TO GET SERVICE???
