No internet connection

A year ago we took out a contract at Cell C for a Huawei E1752 modem. For the last 4 months or more we had no internet connection. We were told to go in at Cell C shop and fill in a "Network Feedback" that was done on the 8/7/13 also phoned 14/7/13 @ 19H40 spoke to Gabriel Ref: 1307140000173832 and he told me we will get feedback on the 15th from cell c, with no luck on the 16th phoned again, no info on our ref or a Gabriel working by them, spoke again to the "supervisor" Mohamed @ 20H22 Ref: 3071503730 promised me they will have a answer for us within 48hours. Again no luck. Phoned again (don't have details) told us we must again go fill in a form that was done again on the 23/5/13, with no feed back. On the 1st September spoke to Sanele, at technical and he told me he can't help me I must phone head office on 0113248000. On the 2/9/13 spoke to Janelle, told me she will come back to me before 5 because she leave at 5, phoned 4H57 I was told she was busy on the phone and was put on hold for 30 min with no answer at the end, 45 min later still holding!!! So again I still don't have a answer what is going on, but in the meantime I have to pay even though there is no service
