3 days and counting no phones

We logged a call on Friday. Monday they sent out the wrong guy. Tuesday we phoned 4 times no joy, NO FEEDBACK. Phone is still broken! Spoke to the manager at 1pm, she said info was taken wrong on their side. Now 4:30 still NO FEEDBACK.
