Empty promises and

I applied for 2 new contracts. The contracts were exactly the same SamsungPocket R50 per month 50min. The lady who helped told me the contract have been approved and read all the contact details to me, she promised me a call in a few days. I never received the call.

I called and were told the contacts has not been approved yet. I finally received a call after about 8 days from the lady who helped me. She told me that I couldn't have the contacts anymore, because they don't have the phones in stock and I am going to have to take a different phone for R69 per month and will receive 30min. I told her that it was not acceptable, we have signed the contact electronically. She promised to come back. She never did.

I receive one of the phones the next day. I called to confirm that the contact were as per our original conversation and it was. I were also told that the other phone would arrive in the next few days.

I have made numerous calls up to today and received various explanations, from wrong codes, phones declined application etc.

I challenge the supervisor to listen to all my conversations and write me a report on HelloPeter explaining why I have been to so many times.
