What a bad attitude

Asked the lady consultant if its ok to bring my Black berry since its giving me problems, she gave me worst attitude ever, it was as if im swearing at her even her facial expression! and yes but her tone!! @14h i went back, waited as they were busy with clients which one of them was a guy who came to fix aircons, i waited for about 10min, and the guy consultant was free then i went to him before he could say next, then he continued talking with the aircon man who went to the other room. then i patiently went back to my seat and he eventually called me and i explained my problem. He went to my profile as he askd for my details and told me my phone is still under warranty But they cant send it for repairs because their system is not working, and i queried and said but she said i can bring my phone, then with a loud voice she said "OUR SYSTEM IS ON AND OFF SO WE CANT SEND IT", i then smiled with disbelif, this is a shop m spending R418 monthly! I told my collegues as i was disapointed and humiliated, i couldnt believe it when most of them loath Mtn Benmore Gardens for worst service!! I asked myself asking "who interview kind these people!!!
