Why should I remain loyal??

My phone was in December. I did all the necessary buy having my sim blocked that night. at that point they made me aware of a data charge of roughly R4200-- on my account. They also told me it would be reversed. Your call centre service is pathetic as i had to call twice and hold for 30min. Once i did the insurance claim, i then had to phone back again to 888 to sort out my billing. Its pathetic that i must deal with 3 different sources to deal my query. Dont talk about the running up and down for my new phone with the branches within the JHB cbd. my billing query is still not sorted as the agent told me its before the phone was and it was valid downloads. i cant understand how he can make the statement when he told me he needs url report. i am now waiting 3 weeks for this 'report'. i have sinced reversed my debit order as your company doesnt have the decency to call me and jusify this. my usage is the same monthly and can be viewed by you for the past 2 years. I have with MTN since 1996 with an average bill of about R1200-00 monthly. it seems i am insignificant to this company so i might as well leave. i will also take this up with the OMBUDSMAN!
