On the 5th at 16h30 i went to FNB Alberton branch to close my account, when i arrived i was the only person in the queue, i waited for my turn as there were three consultants 1 gentleman and two ladies, the male consultant was busy with the client and the two ladies pretended to be busy on their computers, i waited patiently till i decided to go to enquiries to ask for help, i cam across the other consultant who told Me to go back and wait, as i was going back, a client cam, e after me and was assisted, i sat down feeling embarrassed with the service i am receiving, the male consultant asked me from his seat what is my query, i told him i am coming to close my account, he said it loud " are you owing it" i felt so small that i stood up and left, its such a pity that FNB loggo says "HOW CAN I HELP YOU " the service at Albertyon says "WHAT DO YOU WANT? " there is only two branches that i get best help The Glen And Bedfordview. All i want is to close my account that's all and Alberton is nearby. I think customer service plays a major role and it keeps clients
