Website, CSD and contact centre all out of sync

I checked my upgrade date by using the *162# CSD application on my phone which said that i could upgrade as of 2013/02/23.

Then, while looking at deals on the [URL Removed] website i saw a similar feature on the left of the upgrades page, that told me i could upgrade as of 2013/02/24

However, when I phoned the contact centre (Retensions Dept.) to discuss my upgrade they told me i could only upgrade as of 2013/03/24

I have Spoken to 2 separate retention's people and nobody seems willing to help me either find a suitable package or help me find out my true upgrade date...

if i don't solve this soon i think i will move somewhere else... MTN are treating a customer of over 6 years like rubbish
