Upgrade or no upgrade - is the question to ask

I must say that I am for the first time, extremely annoyed by MTN. I am not one to complain this quick but I feel someone has to be able to assist.
Upon going to [URL Removed] and checking if I can upgrade, the date states 01.03.2013. Upon checking my upgrade date via email submission on [URL Removed] I received an email just now from Samantha McLellan, my upgrade date shows 01.03.2013. When I phoned 808 and choosing option 3, it states that I can upgrade, with terms and conditions. I chose the 0 option on 808 and was told that my terms and conditions are that I can only Upgrade on 1 April 2013 (01.04.2013.)

I am at a point of going to a MTN store and just doing my upgrade, but with the fear of being sent away. Seriously, are you guys indecisive like 4 your old kids?

I want to do my upgrade NOW!
