Zero Customer service

I ordered and payed for a new ADSL line on the 19th Dec 2013, on the 3rd of Jan 2014 i received an sms to notify me that the line will be installed on the 6th Jan 2014. To date the line hasn't been installed, i haven't seen or heard from Telkom. I've been calling the 10210 number every week since then and i only get excuses. Today i called and spoke with a consultant but while i was on the line we got cut off and she never got back to me even though she had my contact details with her. Bad bad service.
