Line to be moved to new Address

I ordered my new line 2 month ago from Telkom to be done. The lady forgot to put my order in. I ordered again a new line 9th of Des 2013 for a line to be installed. my line had to be moved. I am still waiting, they cant even give me a date when my line will be installed. every-time I phone 10210 number it takes 2 hours for some one to understand and that can help me. They have people who works for them that cant do the job. every day I have to phone and it comes to a dead end. feels like I can Scream!!! Telkom service is the poorest I have come across. I which there will be competition for them so that they can do something about the people who work for them. I am more than a month with no internet excess. there fore i lose money and cant work from home.
