As per vodacom app and reetha at the call center i owe vodacom 3000 rand on data for the month of january and even data charge on dec when i use only my wifi at home and at work... now installed 4mb uncapped from telkom to save but here i am getting charged out of bundle rates which is impossible when i dont use mobike data. This is not the first time this has happened and previously i let it go... y does this not happen on my wifes mtn contract... this time i cannot accept it and pay for something i clearly didnt use... last excuse the best they could do was tell me about their system. Plz cme up with something better. Note that it would b taken by debit within the next 5 days so plz fix this asap and make sure you fiix ur useless systems... as u cannot just charge someone who is using wifi for data as it gets seen as the first priority for downloads.. thats madness. I will make sure to boycott and publish ur mad service within my contacts within various sunday newspapers if u fail to fix it this time
