We have received very bad quality of work and even worse service from their sales office. Permatex completed work on our entire roof almost 2 years ago at an exorbitant price, however our roof is now both rusting and peeling. We have been trying to get them to come out to attend to the matter for months now to no avail. The East Rand sales person as well as the sales office swing us the same story that Johan or someone will contact us every time we contact them, we realized just to get us off the line (telephonically and via email). We have not heard back from anyone at Permatex and our roof situation is steadily getting worse. They are quick to come out and collect business, but the warranty they provide is not worth the paper it's written on. We would definitely not recommend Permatex to anyone, and caution you when dealing with them.
