I had a blackberry torch on contract. Never had issues with my bill. Then It was and I used a Nokia N8. Since then I've just used whatsapp, facebook and emails. Never downloaded anything. I understood that I will be billed as it's not a BlackBerry but it was billed over R1000 rand every month. November 2013 I was billed R1800 and then I put a R100 limit on my account. I then got myself a Black Berry curve for BIS. For the two months my R100 rand up with in the first few days. I have called Vodacom customer care so many times to ask for help as to whats the problem. Not one of them could ever solve it. If Vodacom can listen to all my calls made in 2013 from my cell no and hear how I begged for customer care help. They all gave me totally different answers. As I write this letter on the 4th of January 2014 my phone is already soft blocked for the new month and I called twice today. I was also informed, that when someone sends me a picture on whatsapp and I open it, it's a download and I get charged. I never had this issues before with my first BB torch why now? Vodacom miss inform and charge customers for things they know nothing about. Still waiting on itemize billing request
