MTN Vangate received the credit for the Nokia Lumia 920i and promised I would get a Samsung S4 as replacement if I completed the application forms. I was approved for this on Anytime 200, but when I changed to Top Up 200 somehow it was rejected? Why? I was prepared to pay the higher subscription - R40.00/month more. Now, I want out. Pay me out for the past 4 months of NOT HAVING a handset which I'm PAYING for. Vangate MTN is NOT out-of-pocket because they got a credit for a NEW Nokia 920i. Let us part now, and CANCEL the contract - before I get a judgement from the National Consumer Council. My old contract was R409.00/month on Top Up 200 and the new contract would have been R449.00/month on Top Up 200.
