Dear Dairymaid Ice Cream,
I have been buying your ice cream products for years as it has been my wife's favorite treat. On Friday, January 12, 2024, I bought my wife a Zooty Fruit Tropical Splash flavored ice lolly at Engin Fish Hoek in Cape Town. However, we were extremely disappointed when we opened the product. The actual product did not match the pictures on the packaging. As a consumer, I am very disappointed.
I consciously choose to buy from reputable outlets and try my best to avoid cheaper brands. However, if this is the quality I can expect from Dairymaid, I will have to reconsider my options.
